Sweepstakes Rules & Conditions
RULES:
Contest open to all US residents aged 18 and older. You must submit a tip to be included. Winner will be notified by email. You must respond within 7 days or the prize will be award to another entrant.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Void where prohibited by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the judges' decisions on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and a Liability/Publicity Release within fifteen (15) days of notification attempt, or an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting prize, winner grants to Moms On The Move™ the right to use his or her name, likeness, and biographical information for any lawful purpose, including on the Moms On The Move™website, without further permission or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release Moms On The Move™, its affiliates and advertising/promotional agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in this sweepstakes. By entering this sweepstakes, entrant agrees that the sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and the employees, officers, directors, and agents of any of the above organizations shall not be liable for any computer hardware, software, or peripherals utilized in participating in the sweepstakes.
Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, for lost or unavailable network connections, or for any equipment or programming-associated connections, or for failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled, or delayed electronic communications with or utilized in this sweepstakes that may limit the ability to play or participate, or for any human error that may occur in the processing of the entries in this sweepstakes. If for any reason (including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes) the sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes.
All decisions by the Sponsor with respect to the operation of the sweepstakes are final.
